AI for Educators Training Program

UN CERTIFIED AI FOR EDUCATORS

Transform your teaching, engage every learner

Master AI tools and techniques to enhance your
impact in the classroom and beyond

Programme Introduction

This 2-day hands-on training is designed specifically for teachers, lecturers, pedagogical staff, and instructional designers in both secondary and higher education. It offers a practical, structured, and ethical approach to integrating generative AI into teaching, learning, and assessment.
Participants will not only discover how AI can help save time and spark creativity, but also how to use it responsibly – to foster student engagement, differentiate instruction, and reinforce pedagogical purpose. The course is rooted in real teaching contexts, with activities designed around participants’ own disciplines and challenges.
Grounded in the ADDIE instructional design model, the programme guides educators step-by-step in using AI tools across each phase: from analysing learner needs to designing content, developing assessments, implementing student-centred strategies, and evaluating learning outcomes.
Whether you’re new to AI or already exploring tools like ChatGPT, Claude, DALL·E or ElevenLabs, this course will equip you with the mindset, methods, and skills to confidently navigate the AI-powered future of education — with ethics, creativity, and impact.

Audience

This 2-day training is designed for:
  • University lecturers and assistant professors
  • Secondary school teachers (public and private)
  • Pedagogical advisors, curriculum coordinators, and faculty developers
  • Instructional designers and e-learning teams working in academic contexts
These professionals are responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating educational experiences in a context of profound disruption caused by generative AI.

Training Objectives & Outcomes

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the main categories of generative AI tools (text, image, video, audio) and match them to specific teaching and learning tasks.
  2. Apply prompt engineering frameworks (TOR, TORCEF) to generate relevant outputs with generative AI for lesson planning, content creation, and student engagement.
  3. Use the ADDIE instructional design model to structure the integration of AI at each stage of course development.
  4. Design AI-enhanced learning activities that support differentiation, learner autonomy, and inclusive pedagogy.
  5. Evaluate the pedagogical value, risks, and ethical considerations of AI use in education, including academic integrity and student data protection.
  6. Develop a personal AI integration roadmap tailored to their context, teaching discipline, and institutional objectives.
