The education sector is undergoing great transformation, and in the coming decades will continue to change. Need of the hour is to groom and develop leaders who can lead their institutions and departments to design appropriate responses to the rapidly evolving learning environments and corresponding needs of the learners.

Academic Leadership Suite offered by Ureka combines research-backed content from Harvard with industry-supported tasks and workshops to enable participants to explore learning, leadership, organisational structure, and physical design.

The suite consists of two parts:

Leaders of Learning Content – HarvardX:

All of us carry explicit or implicit theories of learning. They manifest themselves in the ways we learn, the ways we teach, and the ways we think about leadership and learning. In Leaders of Learning, you will identify and develop your personal theory of learning, and explore how it fits into, not only your institution, but the shifting landscape of the broader and bigger world of education.
Upon completion of this part on edX platform, participants will be awarded Certificate of Achievement from HarvardX.
HarvardX is Harvard University’s strategic initiative, overseen by the Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning. HarvardX is designed to empower faculty to improve teaching and learning on-campus, online, and beyond. By integrating the development of instructional approaches and digital tools across campus, HarvardX provides faculty with pedagogical and research support. It aims to be collaborative and to represent Harvard’s academic diversity, showcasing the highest quality offerings of the University to serious learners everywhere.

Inputs from industry leaders are absolutely critical to ensure the highest degree of practical relevance. Drawing from its expertise in experiential learning, Ureka has designed learner-centred activities that are flexible and structured. These will help you remain focused on the programme and apply the theoretical content. Throughout the programme, you will have opportunities to engage with the content and industry professionals, network with your peers and thought leaders, and progress towards achievement of your professional goals.
